The Covernotes performing at a corporate holiday event in downtown Toronto

CHRISTMAS PARTY BAND TORONTO

Live music for office and holiday parties across the GTA

THE CHRISTMAS PARTY PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IN JANUARY

The Covernotes are a 4-piece live cover band based in Oakville, playing office Christmas parties and holiday events across Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton and the wider GTA.

We know how a work party flows. A relaxed atmosphere while people arrive. Something lighter during dinner and speeches. Then a full-energy dance set that gets everyone from the CEO to the new starters on the floor.

We mix festive favourites with pop, Motown, soul, rock and Latin floor-fillers, so the night feels like Christmas without turning into a carol service.

CHRISTMAS PARTY FAQ

When should we book a band for our Christmas party?
As soon as you have a date. Friday and Saturday nights from late November to mid December are the first to go, often 6 to 12 months ahead. Weeknights and January holiday parties are easier to secure at shorter notice.
Do you play Christmas songs?
Yes. We have a dedicated set of Christmas classics including Jingle Bell Rock, Last Christmas, Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree, Feliz Navidad and Merry Xmas Everybody. We mix them with pop, Motown, soul and rock floor-fillers so the party never feels like a carol service.
How much does a Christmas party band cost?
Packages start from $900 CAD, depending on hours, travel and requirements. Our standard package is 3 hours on site with two to three live sets. Contact us with your date and venue for a tailored quote.
Can you play in our office or a restaurant?
Yes. We have played offices, boardrooms, rooftops, restaurants, golf clubs and hotel ballrooms. We bring our own PA system and need a performance space, a power supply and access for load-in.
Do you provide music between sets?
Yes. We play a background playlist during our breaks at no extra charge, so there is no awkward silence during speeches, awards or dinner service.
Which areas do you cover for Christmas parties?
We are based in Oakville and play across Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Brampton and the wider GTA. We travel further across Ontario on request.
